Zupai provides a Web3 outreach automation platform that enables Web3 service companies to research prospects, generate AI-personalised pitches, and send outreach via Telegram and LinkedIn at scale. The platform is owned and operated by VestPi Marketing LTD (registration number 7984979).
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business to use Zupai. The platform is intended for B2B outreach by Web3 service companies. You may not use Zupai for consumer marketing, spam, or any unlawful purpose.
You agree to use Zupai only for legitimate business outreach. You must not:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of connected Telegram and LinkedIn accounts complies with their respective Terms of Service. Zupai enforces rate limits and send delays to reduce restriction risk, but cannot guarantee your accounts will not be restricted by Telegram or LinkedIn. Account bans resulting from outreach activity are not grounds for a refund.
Zupai uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate outreach messages. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending. Zupai does not warrant the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated pitches. You retain full responsibility for messages sent from your connected accounts.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in USD. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Lead data provided through the Zupai lead bot is sourced from publicly available Web3 data sources. Zupai does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of lead data. You may not resell, export, or redistribute lead data outside your organisation.
Zupai is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of business, lost revenue, or Telegram/LinkedIn account restrictions. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or use the platform in a way that creates legal or reputational risk for Zupai. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
By using Zupai's LinkedIn features, you acknowledge that:
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved by negotiation first, and if unresolved, by arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
We will notify active users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
